Nexus Classifieds is a general marketplace, which means the majority of legal goods and services are welcome. The list below covers what is never permitted, regardless of country, category or wording. Attempting to disguise a banned listing with coded language, misspelt keywords or an unrelated category counts as the same breach and results in the same action.
How enforcement works
Listings are reviewed both proactively and in response to user reports. A first minor breach usually results in the listing being removed with an explanation, so the seller can repost correctly. Repeated breaches, fraudulent activity or anything involving illegal goods lead to immediate account suspension without refund, and serious cases are referred to the relevant authorities along with the account records required by law.
If you believe a listing was removed in error, reply to the moderation notice or contact support with the listing link. Appeals are read by a second moderator, and reinstated ads keep their original run time, so nothing is lost while the review takes place.
